Indra Saryani - Liquid Chef

Indra, originally from Singapore, draws inspiration from his hometown for his creations. His latest masterpiece, the Bandung Experience, incorporates Singaporean Rose Tea Cordial, infusing this delightful drink with cultural flavours.

His journey in the industry began at 28 HongKong Street before he ventured to Australia, where his passion was ignited. Gorge recognised his talent, hiring him for The 18th Amendment Bar, where he has dedicated the past six years. Recently, he embraced the role of Venue Manager at Non Disclosure.
